Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy:
Your appointments are very important to The Glam Chair team members. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hour notice for cancellations. If you cancel or make changes to your appointment less than 48 hours in advance you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the service(s) originally scheduled.
If you exceed 2 times of rescheduling your appointment you will have to leave a 50% deposit for the future appointment. If this its a recurring issue that you miss appointments or reschedule your stylist may refuse to provide you with future services.
NO CALL/ NO SHOW POLICY:
If you do not call/text to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service(s) originally scheduled.
